Running comes naturally to some people, but for others it is more of a challenge. I am passionate about making running an activity that almost anyone can participate in. I love seeing the confidence and sense of accomplishment that comes when people achieve their goals.
I use my coaching and gait analysis expertise to provide easy to understand, immediately implementable running tips specifically for you. A few simple tips can make an enormous difference to your enjoyment of running and improve your performance.
I have never been an elite athlete but have always enjoyed giving new activities a go. I currently participate in sprint distance triathlon, have enjoyed completing some trail half marathons, and relish the chance to run and chat with friends.
Recreational Run Club
Come and have a run with like minded people. Sessions cater for all levels of runner, with a run/walk format. Receive individual feedback and coaching. This is a great opportunity for beginners and those returning to running. It can also provide a great session for more experienced runners
Fridays 9.15-10.15am (begins Friday 6th May 2022)
Where: Locations will vary around the Eleebana, Valentine, Warners Bay, Belmont, Speers Point area.

1:1 Coaching
1:1 and small group running technique coaching is available for $50 per session by appointment

- Recreational Running Coach and Level 2 Athletics Club Coach (accredited with Athletics Australia)
- Personal Development, Health & Physical Education Teacher
- Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1
- Previously a Podiatrist with 18 years gait analysis experience
