Beginners Strength Circuit

A resistance exercise class focussing on the fundamental strength movements including upper body push/ pull, lower body squat and hinge, rotation, and trunk/ core stability, and some cardiovascular fitness too!

Maximum of 3 participants enables modifications and quality coaching and feedback.

Sessions are held in a private residence gym.

A movement screening appointment is required prior to participating in this session. Contact Cath to organise a trial or enrolment. See the timetable for session times

Cost: $20 per session.
