Stronger for Longer

Stronger for Longer classes are inclusive of all abilities. They include scaled resistance exercises, balance, coordination, stability and agility challenges, and PLAY! All of these elements help to keep you strong and active as you age so you can continue to do all the things you want to.

Stronger for Longer classes are part of the Active Stronger Better program which is currently supported by NSW Health to keep people active as they age. Features of Active Stronger Better classes are:

Low to moderate intensity – a great way of getting started back into exercise again or starting for the first time

Easy and enjoyable exercises which don’t strain your body. 

Elements that improve stability & coordination, cardiovascular health, strength & flexibility and PLAY!
