Regular strength and mobility training is integral to minimising risk of injury and improving performance in a variety of sports. I am a Level 1 accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. I can create a program to help you reach your physical activity goals.
Individual and small group strength and conditioning sessions are available in a small private gym setting by appointment, or I can provide an at home program around your equipment and available time.
I have helped several women make it to the start line and complete Ultra Trail Australia races. I have also completed several half trail marathons including Jabulani and Hounslow Classic, applying strength and mobility training principles in addition to her running.
Strength for running classes are available by appointment.
